If your after some outdoor adventure and you enjoy Fishing, Kayaking, Bushwalking or other outdoor activities then you have found the right site.  Our staff are fully qualified in outdoor recreation and are ready to give you a great day out on one of our tours or you can hire some gear and create your own adventure or try your luck fishing yourself.


SCHO’S FISHING SCHOOL Operates on the NSW Mid North predominantly in the Port Stephens and Myall Lakes regions where there are plenty of safe areas for the youngsters, novices and the retired to enjoy learning the basics of Recreational Fishing.

We are now offering Guided Kayak and Bushwalking tours through the Port Stephens and Myall lake region on top of our fishing lessons and kayak hire options.

Our "Fishing Lessons" are designed for beginners and novices, including 'first timers'.  You will pick up skills and knowledge that you can use for the rest of your life.

As the saying goes:  "Give someone a fish and they'll eat for the day......BUT......Teach someone to fish and they'll eat for a lifetime."

We are a flexible and mobile unit and can generally provide the needs that you're after.  You can hire our kayaks overnight or for the weekend (including trailer) or we can bring the gear to you depending on locality.

We also offer one way paddling adventures where you would paddle back to your holiday or camping location from a designated start point.  Complimentary transport can be arranged to the start point.
